Once we receive your complaint, we will confirm its receipt within five (5) days and assign you a unique reference number. Please ensure you include this reference number in all future communications with both the Company and the Financial Sector Conduct Authority regarding your complaint.

After confirming receipt of your complaint, we will conduct a thorough review and investigation of the issue. Our priority is to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, and we aim to complete the process and provide you with a resolution within six (6) weeks.
